TERRAS DA BEIRA DATA PROTECTION POLICY

 

 

Due to the data collected, the Data Processing Controller is obliged to supply the information set out in article 14 of the GDPR, which shall be considered to have been provided by reading this document:

 

• The legal basis for the data processing operations carried out by Terras da Beira is contacting clients, managing the contractual relationship, disclosing products and services, managing usage statistics, giving answers to requests or messages, sending the newsletter

 

• Terras da Beira, as the data processing controller, will have access to the personal data.

 

• All your personal data will only be kept for the legally mandatory period and will be stored in compliance with every assurance of privacy and confidentiality provided for in the GDPR.

 

• Our lawfulness for carrying out such processing is provided for in article 6, paragraph 1, sub-paragraph a) of the GDPR.

 

• The Data Subjects may, at any given time, demand from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data concerning them, or restriction of the processing of their data, the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability (except if any of the restrictions provided for in Regulation 679/2016 apply)

 

• The Data Subject may withdraw previously given consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

 

• Should the Data Subject consider that there is a breach of the GDPR, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, that is, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Portuguese Data Protection Committee).
